advantage list

1.  better health

2.  feel better, more fit, move better

3.  more energy

4.  look better, more attractive, smaller

5.  more confidence

6.  more esteem

7.  happier

8.  live longer

strategy for sabotage

1.  reverse the thought, to think through the consequence

2.  recognize the impulse or craving will diminish if I wait

3.  rethink:  i can feel hungry and let this pass

4.  do something else

5.  be mindful of delayed gain

6.  leave, distract myself
